Didn't stay at the hotel but went there for a meeting. Lounge very cheap and basic... Needs more premiums quality furniture
8 of us traveled up for a weekend away and the hotel was lovely, clean and everything we needed. The rooms were spotless and well equipped and the food was very nice indeed. However the best thing about this hotel was the fantastic staff, they were very professional and friendly. I would like to make a special mention to Agnieszka on reception, she went above and beyond to help us when one of our party needed assistance and she saved the day. Agnieszka is an absolute credit to Hampton, by Hilton.
Hotel nice but need to staff polite Night time no one open gate 24/7 reception ? When I motorway I phone them Im late , .......and good answer! I was last year August 2018,with children and my parents I ask abut local ,No one give answers , breakfast as usual ,car park easy but navigation not found long and dark road
Fabulous hotel..amazing staff so helpful. Rooms clean tidy an bed was comfortable. Will be going back excellent value
Room good - clean and comfortable. Wifi free, fast and reliable. Full cooked or continental breakfast buffet very good and included in my booking. Only negative would be that the entrance/bar area and dining area is a bit characterless. Overall good value and happy to recommend it.
