Complete disaster - AVOID - AVOID - AVOID - they have taken the money and run! Star Bathrooms and Mark Slatter are very polite but completely ineffectual. For the first 6 months we provided unrestricted access to complete the agreed work which was paid for in December 2011.After dozens of calls and e-mails, Mark Slatter only actually responded to 1 and never proactively contacted us to say if there were any problems.This was a simple job and they could not do that.
