Avoid using this clinic, their behavior with us was very rude. We were shocked when the practice manager refused to give my father's medication because of the remaining balance that supposed to be paid by the insurance company. That was not really our fault and we have only been referred to ROC to get a medical report but we were accused that what you are doing is like going to a restaurant and not to pay for a food we had! They said they will only release prescription, medication and ultrasound results when the insurance company fully make the payment! We got the paperworks after about 3 months!
Great service and care. I had been offered an appointment exactly when I needed and been through the investigations I needed, everything was very professional and reassuring and calm atmosphere.I would highly recommend !
