This is a workshop that you have to be very careful about, because you can lose a lot of money. I prepared my car on 100% for mot test. The car was previously tested in another workshop. The car was ready to go without a problem, but what was our surprise when it turned out that our headlights need to be replaced. They stated that my car will not pass the mot until I go to the vosa to do additional diagnostic tests of the lamps. He suggested that it is strange that the VW emblem is missing and something with this car is wrong! We arranged a meeting in vosa and everything was fine. We will never come back here anymore, and the mechanic is a finished idiot!
My car broke down and got towed there. I phoned the next day and they said it would be a week till they could look at it. Then they phoned me later the next day and said they had welded the clutch linkage and I could pick up the car. Less than two months later the clutch linkage popped off again while I was parking my car. Was lucky not to hit any other parked cars. I ordered a new clutch linkage and fit it myself for 25 there was no welding on my old clutch linkage when I removed it. Just looks like they bent it back with a vise knowing it would fail again shortly.
